Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Areas
We deliver to all districts in Ulaanbaatar. Same-day delivery is available in central districts (Sukhbaatar, Chingeltei, Bayanzurkh, Khan-Uul) for orders placed before 2pm.
Standard delivery is available to all aimag centers including Darkhan, Erdenet, Choibalsan, and others. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
Delivery to soum centers is available via Mongolia Post. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, you can change your delivery address before your order ships. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, address changes are not possible.
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, your package will be held at the nearest pickup point for 7 days. You'll receive SMS notifications with pickup details.
Same-day and express deliveries are available on Saturdays in Ulaanbaatar. Standard delivery operates Monday-Friday only. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Yes, all packages are insured against loss and damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
